Colds, aches & pains got you down?  Try an aromatherapy bag for instant comfort.  Our beautiful, handmade bags are filled with rice, natural herbs, and pure essential oils for just the perfect weight and aromatherapy experience.  They are a wonderful, natural solution for sinus congestion, minor headaches, and everyday stress and strain.

Heat Therapy:  heat in microwave 1 to 3 minutes (mist for moist heat), and place over affected area.

Cold Therapy:  freeze inside of a ziplock bag for a few hours, remove from bag and place over affected area.
